Mahape is a suburb of Navi Mumbai, India. This is located near Ghansoli Railway station on Thane - Vashi Railway on Harbour route of mumbai. Extreme points of Mahape are Larsen & Toubro Infotech,Turbhe,Ghansoli and Koparkhairane. Mahape Chowk is main road crossing of this suburb. Good transport facilities are available to Thane, Kalyan, Vashi and Mumbai suburbs. The closest station to Mahape is Kopar Khairane. Mahape flyover helps reduce traffic congestion.
Economy
Suburb is one of the biggest industrial hub in Mumbai and Suburb. Millenium Business Park, a government owned IT park, is situated here. Also many of IT vendors, like Mastek, Hexaware Technologies and iFlex, have corporate offices here. Mahape is well connected from Vashi, Kalyan and Panvel. It is also close to the Ambani group’s Reliance Infocomm (of Anil Ambani) and Mukesh Ambani’s Dhirubai Ambani Life Sciences. Mahape also had a chemical factory named NOCIL.
